Seager Home Solutions are contracted to provide maintenance services to Havebury Housing Partnership. The work required to satisfy this contract ranges from small maintenance jobs in a single household to multiple installations. This particular project involved the refurbishment of a kitchen within a single household.
An ingoing tenant had been experiencing significant difficulties entering her existing upstairs flat and so she urgently needed a ground floor flat. The Seager Home Solution’s team surveyed the property on the Monday and were able to organise the fitting of the electrics for the Wednesday, just two days later. The kitchen units and appliances were then installed on the Thursday and Friday, with the final decorating work being completed on the Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, which meant that the flat was ready to be handed over to the tenant on the Wednesday morning.
Seager Home Solutions installed Rixonway kitchen units, a Lexin sink, Iflo taps, Johnstone tiles and a Polyflor flooring solution.
We are pleased to report that the tenant and Havebury Housing Partnership were very pleased with the finished kitchen and especially with the speed in which the work was completed.
