Seager Home Solutions were selected by Greenfields Community Housing to help deliver Solar Thermal domestic hot water systems to properties in the Braintree area as part of a grant funded scheme.

As a result of the funding, Greenfields has embraced the opportunity to improve their housing stock and meet the needs of their community. The project team’s collaborative approach has facilitated an increase in the number of homes with Solar Thermal hot water systems, at no additional cost to the organisation. The ensuing benefits include improved energy efficiency, lower bills for residents and an overall decrease in the Associations carbon footprint. Thanks to our existing work in the area, Seager Home Solutions were able to deliver a cost effective energy saving program that maximised capital investment. The team’s dedication to delivering the programme resulted in the completion of the works by the end of the financial year.
